a Story from my heart 

 My path has been one of bold leaps, deep devotion, solitude, and unwavering trust in the unknown. It began long before my work as a nurse and paramedic—it started as a child, deeply connected to the unseen realms, sensing the pulse of something greater. Yet, out of fear and uncertainty, I turned away from my gifts, hiding them from the world and even from myself. For years, I moved through life with a sense of longing I couldn’t quite name. I tried to fit into familiar moulds, pursuing a career in healthcare, working as a nurse and paramedic. I found myself walking alongside souls through the profound thresholds of life and death—holding space for patients in their final moments before transitioning. These humbling experiences awakened a remembering within me—the sacredness of life and the profound mysteries that connect us all.

However, these moments also took a toll. The trauma I witnessed left me feeling disconnected, numb, and stuck. PTSD gripped my life, leading me into a dark night of the soul that challenged everything I thought I knew about myself. I questioned my purpose, feeling fractured and lost.

A Leap Into the Unknown

In that darkness, a profound truth emerged: I didn’t just want to survive—I wanted to be and feel alive, connected, and whole. This moment of remembering set me on a path of transformation, requiring me to leave the safety of my career and leap into the unknown. Trusting the pulse of my soul, I followed the dreams, teachers, and synchronicities calling me to deeper truths. That leap led me to the Amazon rainforest and the sacred lands of Peru, where I immersed myself in the teachings of ancient medicine lineages. Through my initiations with Master Plant Teachers like Ayahuasca, I began to unravel the layers of my psyche, my emotional body, and my soul’s journey. Studying with the Shipibo-Konibo and Yawanawa elders, I learned to alchemise pain into wisdom, fear into love, and doubt into worthiness.

One message that stayed with me came from a leader of the Yawanawa tribe: “Please make yourself at home. Our home is your home, for we are stronger in community. Share our medicine and teachings with your loved ones so we can all remember what truly matters—this is family, joy, peace, connection for all of Earth.” This teaching brought tears to my eyes—an echo of how much we have to learn from elders and wisdom keepers all over the world. The teachings went beyond ceremonies—they became a way of being. I learned to listen deeply to the Earth—feeling the songlines, the whispers of Country, and the dreaming realms that weave through time and space. I realised that the dark night of the soul is sacred ground for transformation—a threshold where life and death meet, where growth and rebirth coexist.

Walking the Path of the Pilgrim

 Today, I continue to walk the path of the pilgrim—traveling, listening, and studying with Earth Mother’s wisdom, weaving these teachings into the work I share. I am devoted to remembering and reclaiming the ways of our ancestors through the Arts of Sacred Medicine. I continue to study and share teachings on Reiki, somatic energetics, psychic development, subconscious reprogramming, ancestral liberation, voice reclamation and activation, storytelling through embodiment practices. I also guide entrepreneurs as they bring their visions, offerings, and businesses to life with greater impact, expansion, and success by working with the natural cycles and rhythms of nature. My journey is one of continual learning—a spiral of expansion and deepening, rooted in truths that vibrate within my being.

I believe the world is calling forward more leaders who walk this path so we can create more accessible, supportive spaces and integrative, sustainable ways of building this Knew Earth… by returning to what the Earth has always known. As both a student and a guide, I aim to walk this path with humility and curiosity, knowing the journey has no end—only ever-deepening layers. I see teachers in all life forms—in emotions, challenges, community, leaders, activists, change, and nature. Life is our teacher, and we are the students—remembering, learning, sharing, and listening to stories and songs from one another. Sharing the ways of our ancestors and original caretakers of Earth and community. Returning back to these sacred ways of living.

My Work and Vision

The work I share is born from this devotion—a weaving of ancient energetics, science, spirituality, sacred medicine, and the transformative art of remembering. Through group programs, one-on-one journeys, courses, retreats, and teachings, I support others to reclaim their power, awaken their unique soul gifts, and align with their authentic path and sovereign blueprint. I am merely an echo of a collective thread, remembering who we are and why we came here; weaving through the seen and unseen realms.

The Vision?

For more of us to be leading the way forward to create a world that we proud to be apart for the future generations, a world that supports and empowers vulnerable communities like our first nations communities so they can lead the way as we return to what earth always knew.  To create the change that births balance, truth and commUNITY led spaces so we can thrive together.
