We honour the enduring cultural knowledge, land stewardship, and spiritual leadership that continues to guide Earth’s restoration. I was born on stolen lands —

lands taken from the Quandamooka people,

lands inscribed with songs long before my ancestors ever arrived.

But arrive they did —

some as criminals,

exiled for stealing bread to feed their hunger.

Others came not from desperation, but from delusion —

lords and landowners, wrapped in empire,

renaming sacred soil like it was a game of conquest,

like Earth could ever be owned.

And so, I live in contradiction.

I carry it in my blood.

The wound and the weapon.

The exile and the occupier.

My blood boils with rage I did not create,

but that still lives in my bones.

My womb wails with grief that echoes from hills and hearths —

grief that has no single origin,

but trembles through generations like a buried river.

And still — I choose to stay.

Not in comfort,

but in devotion.

I am here to re-weave.

To un-do.

To un-learn the systems my ancestors were both crushed by and complicit in.

To listen for the threads that were hidden beneath shame, war, exile, and silence.

I am returning to the ways of my grandmothers —

the ones who knew the sacred spiral of death and birth.

The ones who did not fear the dark.

The ones who keened at the threshold,

who let grief guide the soul back to wholeness.

They knew that pain unspoken becomes war.

They knew that ceremony is how we come home.

They knew that the sound of a woman wailing is not weakness —

it is the Earth remembering herself through us.

So I walk — not to escape the contradiction,

but to embody the repair.

I walk for the ancestor who stole bread in hunger.

I walk for the ancestor who claimed land with arrogance.

I walk for the women who bled in silence.

I walk for the elders who still sing through stone and wind.

And I walk with those who are reweaving, like me.

Those who feel the complexity.

Who choose not to bypass, but to bow.

Because the spiral is not about perfection.

It is about return.

And I am returning —

to Earth,

to grief,

to truth,

to the sound of the grandmothers singing me back to now.

The Story Behind SPIRAL

This began long before I knew it had a name. Before the offering, before the framework, before I ever walked this path—I was a woman unraveling.

Unraveling the roles. The projections. The performative masks I wore in careers that looked “successful” but felt hollow. I had done what I was taught: perform, achieve, prove. But my womb knew something else. She began to whisper. Then cry. Then scream.

It wasn’t burnout—it was a beckoning.

A call back to the pulse of the Earth.

Back to a rhythm that couldn’t be scheduled into a calendar or optimised by a strategy.

And so, I walked away. From titles. From timelines. From the safety of systems that never truly saw me. I said yes to the unknown. To the spiral.

I bled on sacred soil. I prayed with fire. I listened to my ancestors as they sang through the wind. And slowly, the path revealed itself—through my body, my voice, my grief, my dreams.

SPIRAL was not created. It was remembered. Spiral has been here since the beginning of time. We are returning to the SPIRAL path.

It came in through the soil, through ceremony, through the ache to live and lead in a way that honours life—not bypasses it.

But before I ever knew the word SPIRAL,

I was dreaming of my ancestors.

Not always by name,

but by bone-deep knowing.

By songs that arrived on the wind in languages I didn’t learn, but my soul had not forgot.

By dreams where grandmothers placed seeds in my palms and told me to remember what had been buried.

It was the remembering of them—those who held the land with bare feet, who sang to the moon, who bled without shame, who lived in relationship with the unseen—that rooted me back into my truth.

Ancestral wisdom cracked me open and continues to humble me with how much there is for us to learn and tend to here on earth and within our life.

It showed me that I didn’t come here to keep up with careers, hustling or perform spirituality.

I came here to REMEMBER the Knew Earth’s ways. The ways that may have been forgotten but never lost (which is what the K in knew earth stands for, a silent yet loud reminder).

To be of service not through sacrifice, but through coherence.

To anchor beauty and reciprocity in a world that forgot how to listen.

When I began walking with the land again, when I cried at the altar of grief, when I chose to honour the rhythms of my womb - even the thresholds of death and loss, I began to see clearly: this was never about a business, idea or mission.

This was about returning to a sacred way of living, for this is what tends the seeds (ideas/visions) we plant as tehy grow in harmony with community and other seeds. A field that grows in synergy not hierarchy. A journey that SPIRALS and is not linear, forever returning, forever transforming.

One where creation is cyclical, not linear.

Where rest is powerful.

Where dreams are planted in darkness and stillness.

Where wealth is measured in nourishment, connection, and creative truth.

Where the spiral is not a metaphor—it is the soul compass.

This is what SPIRAL carries:

Not just teachings or timelines—but a memory, an activating charge yet a soft embrace.

A pulse that lives in all of us.

A call back to what’s true.

And as I stood beneath a blooming azalea tree that my nana planted in my family's back yard, my hands in the soil, I felt this drop in as I was  asking earth and my lineage what I am here to co-weave and bring through for those ready to deepen their visions and path here on earth.

The clarity.

The commitment.

The return.

I knew then that SPIRAL would not just be a course or program.

It would be a field.

A transmission.

A reweaving of soul, earth, and cosmos.

A universal law of TRANSFORMATION and the wisdom that is taught my womb.

A remembering that your offering is not something you push into the world—t’s something you midwife from your wholeness.

Through ceremony, devotion, and deep listening to your own ancestral rhythm.

Because the Spiral lives in all of us.

And it’s time we let it lead.

We cannot heal colonisation by repeating its patterns —

stealing what was already stolen,

profiting from what others were punished for,

claiming access to practices that were earned through blood and survival.

So many souls — particularly in Western spiritual spaces — are grasping for roots,

and in their longing, are reaching into Indigenous, Black, and diasporic cultures

without context, humility, or accountability.

And meanwhile,

many culture-bearers cannot afford to share their medicine.

Literally.

The systems that displaced them still prevent them from having platforms, access, or safety.

This is colonisation in modern clothes.

SPIRAL is not this.

This is not a repackaged ritual.

This is not a collage of stolen sacredness.

This is a return to ancestral rhythm and Earth-based remembering.

A reclamation of what has been buried in European and diasporic lineages, too —

not to replace or imitate another’s,

but to restore your own.

I am not here to speak for any culture that is not my own.

I am here to grieve the disconnection in mine,

to bow in reverence to those who never forgot,

and to tend the fire of remembrance so that the stealing ends with us.

This work is not about bypassing pain —

it’s about feeling it.

It’s about slowing down long enough to ask:

• What am I trying to fill by taking what isn’t mine?

• What grief am I avoiding by reaching for another’s ritual?

• What in my own lineage longs to be unearthed?

We must stop bypassing pain with performance.

Stop covering disconnection with costumes.

And begin the real, tender, trembling work of remembering what was ours —

what still is.

The way our ancestors danced with the moon,

sang to the fire,

and knew the names of the trees.

You do not need to take someone else’s medicine to belong.

You need to listen deep enough to remember your own.

I am a woman of many threads —

threads of lineage once woven with sacred relationship to Earth,

now frayed by the violence of colonisation, displacement, and forgetting.

I was born on the stolen lands of the Quandamooka people in so-called Australia.

I grieve with them — and with all peoples whose lands, languages, and stories were taken, silenced, or rewritten.

My ancestors were once keepers of fire, sun, moon, and soil —

those who tended cycles, honored the bleed, sang to the stones,

and listened to the wind as prophecy.

But many of them were torn from their lands —

displaced by war, famine, conquest, and forced silence.

Some were at war with each other.

Some became the colonised. Others, the coloniser.

These contradictions live in my blood.

Shame, doubt, fear, longing, and the strange ache of not knowing where I belong.

Not because I have no roots — but because the threads were cut.

For years, these emotions felt too vast to label.

They moved like textured waves — thick with memory, heavy with silence.

But the more I descended, the more I listened,

the more I began to hear something ancient.

My ancestors — the grandmothers, the land dreamers, the weavers —

were not gone.

They were just buried beneath the noise.

Beneath the systems that told us not to feel.

Beneath the lies that told us disconnection was normal.

Now, I walk a spiral path of remembrance.

I walk with the grief.

With the songs that come through tears.

With the rage that protects what is sacred.

With the shame that melts when seen with compassion.

With the longing that leads me home.

I walk as a grandchild of the elders from the North —

from Ireland, Scotland, England, and Scandinavia.

I walk with the knowing that some of my ancestors were severed from land and kin —

and that I, too, have felt that fracture in my body, my heart, and my voice.

But I choose to stay in the spiral.

To reweave.

To feel what they could not.

To speak what was silenced.

To remember what was buried.

This is not only my personal path —

it is a collective remembering.

I hold space for others to come home to their roots,

to feel the wildness and wonder of their lineages,

and to remember who they are beyond the stories they were given.

Together, we tend to the forgotten.

We speak the names that were lost.

We sing the old songs, and we dream new ones —

with reverence for land, sea, and stone.

We do this not for performance, but for repair, to rethread the threads of memory.

So the stealing of culture, land and story does not continue.

So our children inherit truth, not trauma.
